Join the eNRG Kayaking Team

A summer of fun - paddling, professional development, and sun.

eNRG Kayaking is looking to fill a variety of positions – from working kids camps, guiding our famous Willamette Falls tour, to coordinating our shop, or managing our social media and marketing plans there is a little bit of everything.

Training opportunities guaranteed – Working for eNRG Kayaking is a great opportunity for paddling enthusiasts or those who want to learn more. Multiple trainings are available for all staff including becoming a certified instructor through the American Canoe Association, see more information about specific trainings here. So whether you want to learn how to paddle, how to teach, or become swift water rescue certified we will connect you with the opportunity to learn.

Scheduling is flexible – It is common for people to work with eNRG on a part time basis. We schedule both for shifts and on a trip by trip basis. In the summer we are open seven days a week, eleven hours a day allowing for optimal flexibility.

Access to gear – eNRG has a fleet of kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, paddles, PFDs, and rescue equipment. We look to buy, sell, and trade new and used gear at a discounted rate to ensure our instructors are set up for what they want personally.

Work on the water – your office is the river. Does it get much better than that? eNRG Kayaking works on the Willamette, Santiam, Clackamas, and Deschutes River so you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with some of the best rivers in the Northwest.

Where? – We primarily work and staff out of our Oregon City location, 1701 SW Clackamette Dr. Oregon City, OR 97045
