Revitalize Body And Mind
This 1.5 hour wellness classes combines yoga, fitness and/or stretching right on our docks with a guided kayaking trip before coffee/tea/snacks. Be in-tune with your body, find your rhythm and flow with the water. All yoga and stretching will take place on stable ground.

Morning Kayak & Coffee

Wake up with the wildlife and revitalize mind and body! Start the day with a 40 minute class on the docks (Yoga or Mindful Movement). Then, hope on the water for a 40 minute guided paddle towards the falls. Enjoy conversations and coffee (Or tea) afterwards. Occurs periodically throughout the summer on Saturdays, 8:00AM – 9:30AM rotating between YOGA and MINDFUL MOVEMENT on-land classes.

Reduce stress and unwind from work. Pair a 40 minute class on the docks, lead by yoga instructors/flexibility coaches, with an evening sunset paddle on the Willamette River. Catch up with friends (or make some new ones) afterwards with snacks. Occurs periodically throughout the summer on Thursdays, 6:30PM – 8:00PM rotating between YOGA and MINDFUL MOVEMENT on-land classes.

Christine Fontaine, a wellness guide with over 25 years of teaching Yoga, a revolutionary approach to holistic well-being that empowers you to seize control of your health and vitality. Our tailored guidance and practices, inspired by ancient healing traditions, enable you to decode your body’s messages, pinpoint imbalances, and naturally restore equilibrium. This is a A 1.5 hour experience that combined yoga on the docks with paddling. Afterwards enjoy coffee/tea in the morning or snacks in the evening.

Katie, a certified NASM stretching and flexibility coach, will lead you through a 1.5-hour experience designed to enhance your mobility, cultivate a sense of balance, and reduce stress. Improve range of motion and body coordination through targeted flexibility and strength exercises coupled with a peaceful paddle. Afterwards enjoy coffee/tea in the morning or snacks in the evening.
