A 200 sq ft stand-alone office is available for $500/month in Mill City’s historic Independent Press Building. The year-round space includes power, high-speed internet, and heat. An optional 1000 sq ft lounge with a private bathroom is also available for an additional fee during the winter (October-March).
RENTAL SPACE DETAILS
This 200 sq ft (12’x16’) office space is available for year-round rent at 117 NE Wall St. in the historic Independent Press Building. The stand-alone room features high ceilings, power, high-speed internet, and electric heat. While a river rafting company occupies the main building during summer months, this office remains private. Please note that the only restroom access for this unit is a public facility across the street, available during business hours. For qualified tenants, a larger 1000 sq ft attached front lounge with couches, a sitting area, and a private bathroom is also available for an additional $700/month during the off-season from October to March.

AFTER BOOKING: Sign online waivers and share them with your fellow party members. Waivers must be filled out by each party member on every visit.
