We provide a shuttle service from local schools directly to our indoor heated shop floating right on the Willamette River. From October to April, this program offers a warm and productive space for monitored homework time, followed by engaging educational activities. We operate Wednesday – Friday, with other days available upon request.

AFTER SCHOOL DETAILS
You know eNRG Kayaking for our active and educational summer camps. We’re thrilled to extend that same spirit of learning and adventure into the school year. We designed this program to solve the after-school logistics for busy families by providing transportation and a fun, educational afternoon that combines monitored homework time with hands-on river learning.
Activities Include:
Homework support
Introduction to river hydrology
Basic knot tying and first aid
River conservation and stewardship
Optional STEM pathway instruction and educational videos
Program Details:
Season 1: Oct–Dec 2025
Season 2: Jan–Mar 2026
Schedule: End of school day to 5:30 PM
Extended Pickup: Available until 6:00 PM for +$5
Rates & Discounts
Rates include school pickup. A minimum of 2 students is required to establish a new school shuttle route.
$35 per session – Thursday and Friday
$45 per session – Wednesday (early release)
1x/week for 12 weeks: $400
2x/week for 12 weeks: $800
PREPARE FOR YOUR CLASS
AFTER BOOKING: Sign online waivers and share them with your fellow party members. Waivers must be filled out by each party member on every drop-in visit, or once per quarter.
WHAT TO BRING: Snacks, water, homework.
OUR FACILITIES: 1701 Clackamette Dr. Oregon City OR 97045.
PICK UP TIME: Pickup at our shop is available from 5:15 to 5:30PM.
WHAT WE PROVIDE: Homework time and games with facilitator.
OUR AFTER SCHOOL POLICIES
ENROLLMENT: Open and capped at 12 students per session
RESTRICTIONS: Ages 7 – 13.
WEATHER: Indoor classes run rain or shine.
IF WE CANCEL: eNRG Kayaking reserves the right to postpone or cancel any trip due to inclement weather, under enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will issue a full refund in this instance.
IF YOU CANCEL: 21+ days notice – 75% refund, free reschedule, or voucher for paid amount. 21-0 days notice – all refund/benefits forfeited. We do not prorate tuition for days missed due to illness, injury, or inappropriate behavior.
