After seven years with eNRG Kayaking, Lee Belowski is moving on to an exciting new opportunity with Willamette Riverkeeper as the Lower Willamette Outreach and Education Coordinator..
During her time with eNRG, Lee has taken on a variety of roles from flatwater instructor and rental manager, to mutli-day moving water guide, assistant operations manager, and most recently serving as Operation Manager. She has been a tremendous asset to eNRG and has played an important role in our programs, day-to-day operations, and the experiences we provide on the water. Lee’s hard work, knowledge, and dedication have made a lasting impact on eNRG and on the many staff, participants, and community partners she has worked with over the years.
While we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited for Lee as she takes this next step with Willamette Riverkeeper and continues doing work that keeps her connected to the river and the paddling community.
And this isn’t goodbye! In her new role at Willamette Riverkeeper, she will be hosting the Willamette River Cleanup at eNRG Kayaking in Oregon City on Oct. 3rd. Come join Willamette RiverKeeper & eNRG in cleaning the river below Willamette Falls. Lee is excited to create more collaborative events with eNRG Kayaking in the future.
On November 7, Willamette Riverkeeper will be hosting a Potluck & Paddle event at eNRG Kayaking, and we look forward to hosting the community for this event. Come out for a paddle, share some food, spend time with friends, and help us celebrate Lee’s tenure at eNRG Kayaking as she begins this new chapter.
